Shipping policy
Once we receive confirmation of payment from you, we will dispatch your order and you will receive a notification of purchase. This notification serves as a receipt for your purchase. Ensure that you provide the correct email address for receipt of this notification and that the delivery address is correct.
Should you not receive the notification of purchase from us, please contact us immediately.
Delivery in South Africa
At Smoo's Toys, we take great care to ensure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.
We deliver nationwide throughout South Africa using The Courier Guy's extensive delivery network.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. International customers may get in touch with us at smoostoys@gmail.com to determine how we may best support you.
Delivery Options & Costs
Customers may choose between the following delivery options at checkout:
Courier Guy Locker Delivery
R70 per order
Have your order delivered to a convenient Courier Guy locker near you for collection at a time that suits you.
Door-to-Door Delivery
R120 per order
Have your order delivered directly to your home, workplace or chosen delivery address.
Complimentary Delivery
Free delivery is available on orders over R1,000.
The complimentary shipping option will be applied automatically at checkout where applicable.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2 - 3 business days after payment has been received and cleared.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed over the next 2 - 3Â business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Major cities and metropolitan areas: 2–4 business days
- Regional and outlying areas: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, promotional events, public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Pre-orders
Orders with pre-order items in them will be shipped once all pre-order items are available for dispatch
Estimated pre-order dates are provided at checkout. Sometimes shipment delays can can result in your order being dispatched a few days later.
Please contact us directly at smoostoys@gmail.com if you need an item on pre-order by a specific date, or should you wish to have items immediately available couriered to you separately (additional delivery charges may apply).
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched through The Courier Guy.
You will be able to monitor your parcel's progress until delivery or collection.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure that your delivery address, selected locker location and contact details are accurate when placing your order.
Smoo's Toys cannot be held responsible for delays or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where applicable.
We will investigate the matter and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.Â
Returns or Exchanges
For returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping and bears the responsibility should the package be lost or damaged during return shipment.
General
Should your package be delayed or not delivered at all, please contact us at directly at smoostoys@gmail.com. We will deal with each matter on a case by case basis but cannot be held responsible for incorrect details supplied, adverse weather conditions or civil/political interruptions.
Should a package need to be re-sent due to the customer not being available to receive it during office hours, incorrect information provided or the like, Smoos Toys reserves the right to charge for the later delivery as well.
